APPLY FOR A GRANT

NATIONAL LEAGUE OF CITIES 

The National League of Cities’ Census Rapid Response Grant Program extends urgent financial resources for cities and their local partners to improve or increase Get Out The Count (GOTC) activities in order to reach historically undercounted communities.  

Who can apply:

  • Cities 

  • Local partners working with city leaders (including but not limited to: nonprofit organizations, community-based organizations, local social service providers, libraries, county offices, fraternities and sororities, faith-based groups, parent and volunteer groups with tax status) 

  • Tribal governments and organizations 

Proposals will be accepted until Friday, March 13th, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

 

OFFICE OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

The Office of Financial Management announces the availability of $2 million for Washington state cities, counties and libraries to support their efforts to reach out to residents regarding the 2020 Census, educate them about the importance of the 2020 Census and encourage participation.

OFM will accept applications from the date of publication of this procurement. On December 16, 2019, it will begin to consider applications received.

  • Applications received after December 16, 2019, will be considered as they are received if money is still available.

  • Eligibility: County and City Governments, Council of Governments, Libraries.

NA'AH ILLAHEE FUND

Na’ah Illahee Fund (NIF) is an intertribal nonprofit serving the Pacific Northwest tasked with administering the PNW. Tribal Census 2020 Project and disbursing tribal specific funding for Census 2020 education and outreach efforts.
